Participant information

CURA Research privacy.

Effective October 20, 2026. This page describes the developmental research program at a high level. The detailed consent disclosures presented inside CURA govern a participant's individual study session.

Important: CURA is in pre-release research development, with access limited to invited adults 18+. It is not a medical, clinical, diagnostic, hiring, or admissions instrument. Public study enrollment is not open.

Who operates CURA?

CG-3D Design Services, LLC is responsible for this application and its research program. For questions, contact chris@cg3ddesignllc.com.

What information may be processed?

Depending on the study version and what you consent to, CURA may process an invitation or pseudonymous participant identifier, consent records, session status, responses to assessment questions, response confidence, timing and progress information, generated research reports, and technical diagnostic information required to operate or troubleshoot the service. The specific fields and purposes must be stated in the consent materials provided before participation.

How is it used?

Research responses and associated metadata are intended to support developmental evaluation of assessment design, response patterns, consistency, system quality and related research questions. Results are experimental and require appropriate interpretation. Assessment information should not be used to make consequential decisions about participants.

Participation and consent

Participation is voluntary and is restricted to adults aged 18 and older with an invitation during the research phase. Participants should receive study-specific consent details before providing assessment responses. They may decline participation and can contact the research team about withdrawal.

Storage, access and safeguards

CURA's underlying application and backend are distinct from this public marketing website. Study configurations and storage practices may evolve during development. Product-specific consent disclosures should describe what is stored on the device, what is transmitted to managed infrastructure, the authorized access model, and retention limitations. Do not assume all data remains solely on the device or that stored responses are automatically anonymous.

Retention, withdrawal and deletion

Retention depends on the study, the consent information provided, operational needs and applicable law. Participants may ask to withdraw and request review or deletion of information associated with their participation by contacting chris@cg3ddesignllc.com. We will explain the available process and any limitations after reviewing the request. Data that has already been irreversibly de-identified and aggregated may not be attributable to an individual for removal.

Optional entertainment features

If offered in a future version, astrology and numerology comparisons will be strictly opt-in, collected only after the main empirical assessment, and labeled as entertainment or experimental comparisons. Birth details must not change empirical assessment or research scoring.

Data sharing and third parties

Application infrastructure may involve service providers for hosting, operations, and security. Any disclosure of participant-level research information beyond what is described at enrollment requires an appropriate basis and review. Do not send sensitive research responses to this public website by email.

Contact, corrections and updates

To request information, report a privacy issue, ask about withdrawal, or request account-related assistance, visit CURA support or email chris@cg3ddesignllc.com. This policy may be updated as the app and research program evolve; the date on this page indicates the version shown.
